Winner of the **Red Dot Design Award 2010**, the **SHAN** represents the evolution of cassette awning technology. When it comes to your home, compromises on design or performance are not an option. You want a cassette awning that operates flawlessly — a system that provides shade without interrupting the lines, décor, or architecture of your space. That’s exactly what you get with SHAN.
The SHAN makes no compromises between functionality and design. It performs exceptionally while preserving aesthetics, seamlessly integrating with your architecture. Due to its unique shape, the SHAN cassette awning can only be wall-mounted and is available exclusively in motorized versions.

Its D.T.S. (Dynamic Torsion System) ensures precise closing by allowing torsional flexibility in the support arms during retraction. A special sealing gasket along the front profile provides a tight, silent closure.

The SHAN is available in lengths up to 7 meters with a 4.15-meter projection in a single unit and can be configured up to 10.5 meters wide with a single piece of fabric.

Like all ShadeLAB products, SHAN is TÜV Rheinland certified according to EN 13561 and comes with a 5-year warranty. Its design is patented.
